The Tour dell’Assietta is a challenging circular route located along the watershed between the Val Chisone and the Val di Susa. The route stretches for 67.8 km, starting from Sestriere and reaching Colle Basset, passing by the Gran Serin barracks and the monument dedicated to the Battle of Assietta. A spectacular trail, also famous for the amateur MTB race known as the “Tour dell’Assietta.”

Sleddogging is one of the most exciting activities to in Sestriere. The sleddog track is set among the stunning slopes of the Alps, where forests and open landscapes create breathtaking scenery. Excursions are suitable for both adults and children (from 3 years old). Children can ride as passengers, while adults can learn to drive the sled after a short introductory session, guided by experienced instructors and their team of huskies.

Thanks to the Team Lacroce service, you can rent snowmobiles and enjoy guided excursions across the ski slopes of Sestriere. You can choose between daytime or nighttime experiences, both offering a unique and unforgettable adventure.

Grangesises is a charming alpine hamlet just a short distance from the center of Sestriere. Peaceful and picturesque, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of outdoor activities, enjoy a walk, and take in the beautiful mountain scenery.

The Church of Sant Edoardo is located in the center of Sestriere and is preceded by a large forecourt. It was commissioned by Giovanni Agnelli in memory of his son Edoardo. Built in a late Romanesque style, the church is constructed using a distinctive stone known as gneiss.

The Chapel of Madonna Regina Pacis is immersed in nature, surrounded by lush green meadows. It was built between 1922 and 1924, based on a design by Carlo Charbonnet. Every July, it hosts the traditional celebration of the Regina Pacis festival.
