ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

In our Club facilities, unless otherwise indicated, there are minimum stays of 7 nights, with departure on a day specified and specified in the individual offers published. The assignment is scheduled from 4pm onwards and the return by 10am. In the Collection facilities, stays are free from 1 night; any extensions of stay can be requested at the time of booking or from the staff on site; the assignment of the rooms is expected here after 2pm on the day of arrival and redelivery by 11am on the day of departure; for the use of the rooms after the indicated time it will be necessary to request them at the booking / reception.

ALLERGIES / CELIAC DISEASE

Customers with food intolerances or allergies are requested to report it at the time of booking and to the reception staff upon arrival at the hotel.

INSURANCE

All customers who book a stay at our facilities directly with Uappala Hotels are covered by an insurance policy, the clauses of which are set out in the General Booking Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS

For Club facilities: from confirmation to 30 days before arrival: 30% penalty; from 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% penalty; from 14 days to no 100% penalty show. Penalties always valid unless otherwise specified.

EXCURSIONS

Excursions and services purchased by the customer at the facility, from third party suppliers of services unrelated to Uappala Hotels, do not enter in any way into the travel contract and, for them, no obligation can arise for Uappala Hotels.

PRICE LISTS / OFFERS

Fees expressed in the price lists are per day per person, in Hotel Collection and, per week per apartment, in residence or hotel for Club facilities, unless otherwise specified. Any additions to be paid locally or reductions are always indicated in the price list and in the offers. The years indicated for children in reduced rates must be considered not completed at the time of the stay. The exact quotation with the finished price can be estimated at any time by request to our booking office or by contacting the hotel directly.

PAYMENT

For Club facilities a deposit is required for the reservation and the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival. For Collection facilities, for reservations made in the “non-refundable” formula, payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking, otherwise a credit card is generally required as a guarantee.

RESERVATIONS

A timely booking of stay allows the customer to benefit from the promotions published on the Uappala Hotels website and on the websites of our facilities and to ensure the best accommodation for their needs.

CATERING / BOARD

In most Uappala Hotels Clubs, half board or full board is provided, while in the Collection facilities, we talk about bed and breakfast. The treatment begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure. Any meals not consumed, due to particular arrival / departure times, are not refundable and could be replaced with cold snacks.
Dinners and breakfasts are usually buffet style. In some structures you can take advantage of the breakfast room service.

"NON-REFUNDABLE" RATE

“Non-refundable” rate does not provide for a refund in case of cancellation, even in the case of certifiable reasons.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is not included in the participation fees; where provided, by the competent authorities, it must be settled directly on site, at the hotel reception.
